Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms cover using this website. Please read them before you use it.

The information on this website

We put the information on this website in good faith and try to keep it up to date, but it can change, and things such as whether a piece is still available or the details of a work may change without notice. Colours on a screen can also differ from the work itself.

Enquiries

Sending us an enquiry through this website does not reserve or buy a painting or print. A sale is only agreed when we confirm it with you. Our terms for a sale are given to you when it is agreed.

Our content

The paintings, prints, photographs and words on this website belong to Bayton Studio and the artists John Roger Bradley and Pauline Bradley. You are welcome to look at them and share links to them, but you may not copy them for any commercial use without our permission.

Links to other websites

Where we link to another website, the link is there to help you. It does not mean we endorse that website, and we are not responsible for what is on it.

Our responsibility

We cannot promise the website will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by the website being unavailable, or by anything done in reliance on what it says.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
